Inspired by a beautiful Lake Stevens native, Luca Nasti moved to the United States in 1994 from Naples, Italy. The journey began in 1990 when he met his future wife, as her family was stationed in Naples. After dating a few years Luca’s love was moved back to Lake Stevens with her parents and it wasn’t until Feb. 28 1994 that Luca bought a one-way ticket and came to the U.S. to reunite with his true love, and soon to be wife. The Nasti family was united in marriage less than a month later, March 17 1994. After many years of working, Luca found his passion and decided to bring the taste from his home town in Italy to Lake Stevens by opening up Luca’s Pizzeria & Ristorante in 2003.
