Learner Development Service

The Learner Development Service is part of Student Academic Services, and our role is to enable you to enhance your study skills and excel as an independent learner.

Learner Development Advisors offer advice on academic practices and approaches to learning relevant to study at Abertay through:

• One-to-one appointments
• Online self-study skills guides
• A partnership with to deliver a 鈥淲riting feedback and Connect Live鈥� service
• Non-credit (the ACT)听and credit-bearing modules ( and ABE208) online.
• Embedded academic skills workshops in modules
• Developing and delivering a pre-sessional programme (MPPOP)
